There are 7 unlockable teams in Backbreaker. The all-star teams can be unlocked in Road To Backbreaker mode, Natural Motion along with 505 games can be unlocked by entering a code, the Milwaukee Mariners can be unlocked by completing training camp and the Anchorage Watchmen can be unlocked by completing tackle alley.
