The Southern Jaguars lose their season opener in heart breaking fashion. With 27 seconds remaining in the 4th quarter, Neil Shaw throws a 74 yard touchdown pass which allowed Baylor to go up 12-7. Baylor’s two point conversion failed, but the Jaguars were unable to put the ball in the endzone in the remaining 17 seconds and their losing streak extends to 13 games.
