D-League return man Terrance Jukes wasn’t offered a BFL contract despite showing explosive return ability. Jukes had a 97 yard kick return vs the Blue Bombers in his preseason debut. Unfortunately for him, we didn’t get to see more game footage, because the season was cancelled due to the pandemic.
