Johnny Football is a fictional football player based upon former NFL player Johnny Manziel. In season 1 of the Madden Football League, Johnny used Manziel on his jersey all year long and part of season 2 leading up to the MFL Tournament.
In season 1 of the MFL, Johnny Manziel was named league MVP after throwing for 2,869 yards, 27 touchdowns while also rushing for 1,457 yards and 17 touchdowns all while leading the Alabama Bolts to Madden Bowl 1 against Tim Tebow and Hollyhood.
Manziel’s MVP season totaled 4,326 yards and 44 touchdowns which is absolutely insane numbers.
After an incredible MVP season in the MFL, Johnny was sign by Backbreaker D-League where he played quarterback for the XFL New York Hitmen. But sadly after only 2 games and a 1-1 record, he was benched in favor of backup qb Kamar Jean-Pierre.
The king returns to the league where he once ruled, but as Johnny Football. The Winterpark Huskies signed Johnny Football to help lead their talentless team to some wins.
