The Argos Cruise past Winnipeg 34-7 in their preseason matchup. Toronto unleashed their playmakers against the Blue Bombers defense. Shaw Lane did whatever he wanted to do when they gave him the ball. His speed is unmatched in this league and there is no doubt he’ll be playing in the BFL someday. Lane ran for 144 yards and scored 2 touchdowns including a 85 yarder that displayed his 4.1 speed.
Toronto’s defense only gave up 1 touchdown and they forced 3 turnovers which allowed the offense to gain separation on the scoreboard. Shaw Lane even forced a fumble when playing on special teams.
