The GSdx settings for NCAA Gamebreaker 2004 slightly differs on GSD 10 & GSD 11. First determine which version you are using.
You can find this info by opening the PCSx2 emulator and going to Config » Video (GS) » Plugin Settings.

- Custom Window Size: This always auto changes for me even though i change it.
