The Alaska Huskies will play at one of the largest Backbreaker stadiums when the team welcomes the Washington Sentinels in week 2. Liberty Arena has a fan capacity of 73,820 an has an open roof. The Huskies will share Liberty Arena with the Delaware Pain.
The Alaska Huskies are 1 of 4 teams that made their debut in Backbreaker D-League, before joining the Backbreaker Football League. The Huskies are the first ever D-League Champions. After winning the D-League Championship, the Huskies competed against the former BFL champion Mid-City Scorpions, and they were completely destroyed. The champion vs champion game was a friendly reminder of how there are levels to competition and how much better the BFL teams are compared to the D-League teams. The Huskies were later added to the Backbreaker Football League in 2021.
